Who we are

Information we collect on this website

This is a static informational website. It has no accounts, no contact forms and no sign-up. We do not ask you for personal information and we do not store any.

If you call or email us using the details on this site, we receive only what you choose to share with your phone company or email provider, and we use it solely to answer your enquiry and to care for your pet.

Cookies and embedded maps

We do not set cookies of our own. Our pages embed maps supplied by Google Maps. When those maps load, Google may set cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, in line with Google's own privacy policy. If you would rather avoid this, use the "Get directions" link instead, which opens Google Maps in a new tab only when you choose to click it.

Links to other services

This site links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links, the privacy policy of that service applies. We do not control it.

Medical records

Clinical records for your pet are kept securely at the branch where your pet was treated, and are handled separately from this website.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you or your pet, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to petoriawellness@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
